Refund policy

Each pair of GRADE underwear ships folded with a cardboard insert inside of an individual sleeve. On orders of multiple pairs, we can accept returns of un-worn underwear, that are in their original, folded condition with no evidence of being tried-on.

Please note that on orders of multiple pairs, one pair (in each size, if multiple sizes are ordered) will be final sale by default. The rest can be returned. Return labels can be provided by GRADE, but return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
